Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. Please read our return policy carefully.

General Return Terms

  • All sales are final. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions outlined below.

  • Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received, alongwith the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect item received.

  2. Item damaged in transit. (Photographic proof must be provided within 48 hours of delivery alongwith video from seal till unlocking the parcel content)

  3. Defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item missing or in a damaged conditions

  • Digital/downloadable products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of return approval and item inspection and replacement will be provided, but no refund is allowed.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@jeserah.shop.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos & videos (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy criteria.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
